1. Team for Innovation

The Institute actively introduces urgently-needed high-level talents such as masters and doctors, having initially formed a full-time R&D team with reasonable structure and high efficiency. Many of the team members have been supported by provincial and municipal talent plans. The Institute has established an expert committee management system, inviting university professors, heads of related industry associations, and senior executives of well-known enterprises as  experts of the committee. Now a large-scale expert database has taken shape.
