Talent Cultivation

 

1. Leadership development training
     Leadership normally refers to the competence of a person in focusing on organization objective and leading other people to work for the objective.
    The purpose of leadership development training is to, on the basis of the requirements of the leadership quality model of CR Chemicals, promote the management level, individual quality and bearing of the management personnel of CR Chemicals in a systematic, scientific, and all around way. The courses are set systematically and scientifically by focusing on the 8 qualities of 3 categories that are “winning to lead the market, creating organization advantages, and leading in value orientation”, making efforts in cultivating a group of management personnel of CR Chemicals who have pursues, insight of the world, strategic thinking, and creative spirit.

2. Cultivation of occupational professionals
    Occupational professionals refer to persons of certain professional knowledge and skills, capable of creative labor to and contribution to a job, who are of high competence and quality in an enterprise.
    Cultivation of occupational professional refers to targeting professional cultivation on the basis of the personnel’s career development plan in consideration of the talent needs of the enterprise, so as to promote the thinking and capability in technical progress and profession innovation. The cultivation can be performed in way of industry-education combination, school-enterprise combination, and work-study combination etc.

3. Cultivation of skill talents for an industry
    Skill talents are an important component in the talent echelon formation of an enterprise; such talents are those working on the front line, mastering specialized knowledge and technology, having certain operation skills, and capable of practical operation in work practice.
    Cultivation of skill talents for an industry refers to selecting frontline workers continually to take part in skill study and operation practice, and further in scientific skill identification and evaluation according to the situations of the industry and direction of the government in consideration of the needs for the development of the enterprise itself. Such talent cultivation normally adopts school-enterprise cooperation in combination with such activities as on-the-job practice, technical contest etc, so as to promote the quality of the skill talents, and create a high-quality technical team.

4. Cultivation of new employees
    New employee training is a process for the staff newly joining the enterprise to transform from a social people to one of the enterprise. Meanwhile, it’s also a process for the employee to integrate from outside to inside of the team and being one member of the team.
    The ultimate purpose of new employee cultivation is to let the new employees fully understand the contents of enterprise’s concept culture, system culture, conduct culture etc and establish the concept of “Dedication”, be competent for the job quickly. The main ways of cultivation include induction training, safety education, apprenticeship, experience sharing, and benchlearning etc.
